Shipping and Returns

 

Delivery within Australia is FREE.

The Signet Ring Company uses Australia Post Express Post Platinum.

Next day delivery to most Capital cities with signature required on delivery.


Extra Cover is available up to $5,000 for a fee.


All signet rings are received in our signature ring box.

You can request the tracking number and track the progress of your Express Post Platinum satchel online.

The Signet Ring Company will never post an Express Post Platinum satchel over the weekend.

Please note: Tracking events are limited for rural and remote areas.

All overseas deliveries are made using Australia Post International Package.

There is a flat $45.00 AU charge which includes tracking and insurance to most countries.

14 Day Return Policy


If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 2 weeks of purchase for a full refund. It must be unworn and in the original condition.

A full refund will be given for any goods which are faulty upon arrival. 


Return Process

Once we receive your return, we will contact you and arrange your refund.

If the item has been worn or damaged it will not be accepted as a return.
It is recommended that you ship your return with appropriate tracking as we will not assume responsibility for any item which is lost or damaged.

Warranty


All products are guaranteed for a period of 3 months from date of purchase.  

 After this time we will repair any damaged ring purchased from us for a fee.  Please email us at hello@thesignetringcompany.com requesting a return authorisation number.  One of our team will contact you with the repair, replacement and freight charge.  

Proof of purchase must be provided.

 Consumer Law

All goods purchased from this website come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
The goods will not be of acceptable quality if such goods:
(a) are not fit for all the purposes for which goods of that kind are commonly supplied;
(b) are not acceptable in appearance and finish;
(c) have defects;
 (d) are unsafe; or
    (e) are not durable.
Subject to any rights you may have under the non-excludable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we may impose fees payable by you in relation to any repair/service not covered by the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law or the three month limited warranty.
The three month limited warranty excludes, to the extent permitted by law, damage due to ordinary wear and tear, misuse, accident, abuse, alteration, substitution, improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than us or our authorised repairers, theft, disappearance, loss (including lost stones) or any other type of use causing deterioration.
To the extent permitted by law (including Australian Consumer Law), The Signet Ring Company reserves the sole right to judge whether or not a signet ring has been subject to ordinary wear and tear.
When a good is repaired under the original contractual warranty term, only the remaining term of the original contractual warranty will continue to apply
