Frequently Asked Questions
Order and DELIVERY
Yes, we ship all over the world. We use Australia Post for shipping internationally. Shipping costs overseas cost $45 which includes shipping and insurance. This will be added at checkout.
Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for us to make up your order. We stock a number of shapes and sizes in sterling silver so these will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days.
Shipping within Australia usually takes 3 - 5 days. Overseas shipping can vary but is approximately 2 weeks.
Extra cover up to $5,000 is available for a fee. Please get in touch with us to enquire.
All deliveries require a signature on receipt. If you have a PO Box you will still have to sign for the package.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. Goods must be in their original condition and unworn.
All packaging and cleaning cloth should also be returned. Return postage is at the expensive of the buyer.
Please contact us to receive a Return Authorisation number.
It is suggested you return your package with tracking and a signature on delivery.
If you are happy with your ring but would like to exchange it for another size please contact us. There may be some delay in making the exchange if we do not have it in stock.

Our signet rings are guaranteed for a period of three months from date of purchase.
Should your signet ring be damaged due to misuse or unforeseen circumstances we are sorry we can not offer you a replacement.
